Protective Services (Children and Adults)

The tribe employs two social workers who investigate and case plan with regard to protective services for children and elders. These workers develop and implement case service plans to minimize and eliminate, risk of harm to all vulnerable tribal people. Our social workers work with state workers to assist in monitoring state cases of tribal members. Tribal Social Services, in the area of protective services, has jurisdiction on Indian land.
