Submission of a public comment about LTBB Tribal Regulations
- According to LTBB Statute, WOS 2008-001, the Administrative Procedures Statute, the Executive is mandated to post all proposed Tribal Regulations for a period of seven (7) working days so the Tribal citizenship has an opportunity to submit comments related to a regulation prior to Tribal Council approval.
- The Tribal citizenship can submit comments in any written form (via a letter or email, fax, or hand delivery) to the Tribal Chairperson, however if you wish to use the Document Comment Form click here for the form and follow the instructions on the form.
- The Tribal citizenship should be aware that the Tribal Chairperson accepts comments on any and all Tribal regulations at any time, whether they have been approved by Tribal Council or in the approval process.
