LTBB Government Structure

By Secretarial Election the Tribal Members of the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians (LTBB) adopted our current Constitution on February 1, 2005.  By adopting the Constitution the overall structure of the Tribal Government has changed from what many have been accustomed to.  Instead of the Tribal Council being the only governing body, the Constitution has separated the powers of the Tribal Government. Government Structure chart can be viewed here.
